Illinois Valley Vengeance Fight has been re-scheduled for September
Due to changes being made with
the state of Illinois rules and regulations regarding Professional
mixed martial arts officials with the Xtreme Cage Fighting has
elected to re-schedule its June 28th event for September.
Officials are working with the state and the prospective venue on
the specific date in September and will make an announcement
regarding the details in the coming weeks. "We are sorry if
the re-scheduling of this event has caused any problems with
fighters and fight teams, but we feel our only option is to
wait until the state has finalized its new MMA regulations and see
what restrictions we will be faced with" stated Doug Bland.

Results from Brawl at the Hall
The Brawl at the Hall featured
11 incredible bouts highlighted with three action packed title
fights. Shad Lankford defended his 135lb XCF belt with a 3
round decision over Randy Villarreal. The 170lb XCF Title
fight paired 6-2 David Myers against 6-2 Tyson Rainey, with Rainey
taking the win by arm bar in the middle of the second round.
The XCF Pro Light Heavyweight title paired Zak Cummings against
Jason Broom, with Cummings taking the belt home to Springfield after
a stoppage by strikes in the closing seconds of the 2nd round.
Other winners included Brett
Powell at 155, Andy Chui at 155, Donny Pennington at 185, Thien
Nguyen at 205, William Morgan at 145, Josh Hooker at 155, Calyn
Stidham at 185 and Victor McCullagh at 205
